Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
Focus on digital ordering growth, mobile solutions, and customer experience
Manage large-scale initiatives from inception to closure
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets (multi-million Capex/Opex)
Ensure successful implementation of digital projects
Work closely with executives and IT teams
Gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations

Qualification

Required

15+ years in digital architecture, preferably in QSR
Proven track record in mobile solution design and implementation
Experience with global delivery models for large-scale engagements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Strong understanding of GTM technology transformation solutions
Proven ability to deliver large-scale programs globally

Preferred

Certifications in Digital architecture, mobile development, or AI certifications are a plus
