This role focuses on maintaining and expanding Tableau dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and optimize Tableau dashboards and datasets supporting platform migration and feature utilization
Troubleshoot and improve reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into KPIs and data visualizations
Develop and automate reporting solutions while analyzing performance metrics and forecasting trends

Qualification

Required

3+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience, including dashboard creation and server optimization
Advanced SQL skills with experience in BigQuery, SQL Server, and/or Oracle environments
Strong expertise in data visualization, reporting automation, and performance analysis
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with enterprise-level stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and manage projects with minimal oversight
Familiarity with healthcare systems or e-commerce business solutions

Preferred

Tableau certification is a plus
