We are seeking a Design Assistant to support the design team throughout the sweater development process, ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn and develop technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Designer and design team throughout the design lifecycle, from concept through production
Create flat sketches and assist with design updates using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Support the creation and maintenance of tech packs and design documentation
Help prepare spec samples and maintain organized design records
Track samples and assist with follow-ups on revisions and approvals
Support fittings and help document fit comments and corrections
Maintain organization and accuracy across all design-related files

Required

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic understanding of sweater construction, fit, and standard specifications
Interest in knitwear, yarns, gauges, and stitch development
