Responsibilities
Keep company workflows organized, accurate, and up-to-date
Ensure selections, ordering, and tracking run consistently and predictably
Maintain clean documentation and filing standards that keep information easy to find
Support lead responsiveness and smooth coordination of next steps
Keep warranty/service intake and tracking organized and completed
Support HR admin processes so hiring and onboarding happens smoothly
Support marketing operations (lists, mailers, analytics collection) reliably
Provide administrative support that frees the Business Operations Manager to lead, manage, and improve systems
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in an office or management setting
A desire to learn, take initiative, and grow with a team
Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift 25+ lbs
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Based in or willing to relocate to the Grand Junction, CO area
Ability to use Microsoft office programs and Google Suite
Preferred
Knowledge/interest in residential construction desired but not required
