Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets across multiple functions to identify patterns, correlations, and root causes
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings and progress updates
Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights that inform quality improvement priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into process and product improvements
Contribute to developing predictive models or analytical frameworks to support proactive problem-solving
Qualification
Required
A rising college Junior, Senior or recent graduate
Strong GPA
Strong preference for Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related degrees
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
