Mid LevelMaster Spas Jobs is seeking a Small Parts Supervisor to oversee order fulfillment in the replacement parts department. This role involves supervising the Small Parts team, managing inventory transactions, and ensuring effective communication with the customer service team regarding order status and part availability.

Responsibilities
Supervise and train Small Parts team in order fulfillment and shipping process
Reviewing stock levels daily and communicate stock needs to purchasing
Responsible for all inventory transactions in Sage, including receipts and transfers
Work with inventory control to ensure inventory levels are accurate and reduce excess inventory and variation
Communicate with Customer Service team members to provide visibility on sales order status and part availability
Correspond with FedEx as needed to ensure shipments successfully arrive with the customer
Investigate and resolve shipping errors, delays, or damaged products
Work cohesively with RMA department
Qualification
Required
Proven attention to detail and data entry accuracy is a must
Experience in Inventory Control and Fulfillment
Competent with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook
Willingness to work overtime as necessary to complete a project is required
Able to create and manage complicated Excel spreadsheets
High school diploma or equivalent minimum
Preferred
Experience with SAGE100 or other accounting software is a plus
