EHS Recruiting Company is seeking an experienced Area Director of Operations to oversee multiple high-volume, full-service restaurants in the San Antonio market. This leadership role focuses on driving performance, developing General Managers, and ensuring operational excellence across locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for multiple high-volume full-service restaurants

Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams

Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence

Own multi-unit P&L performance, including labor, food, and controllable costs

Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and guest experience

Improve retention, training, and bench strength across locations

Partner with senior leadership on strategy, staffing, and growth initiatives

Required

Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience REQUIRED (Area Director, District Manager, or Director of Operations)

Proven success managing multiple high-volume locations

Strong P&L, labor, and food cost control experience

Track record of developing high-performing General Managers

Hands-on, accountable leadership style

Preferred

Full-service restaurant background strongly preferred

Casual or polished casual full-service dining

Experience overseeing 4–10+ restaurants
