Executive Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO
Solomon Page is a Billion-Dollar Private Investment Firm seeking a Full-Time/Permanent Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. The role involves providing high-level executive business and personal administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing a busy calendar.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive high-level executive business and personal administrative support to the Founder & CEO
Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, and appointments; mange and maintain a busy and ever-changing calendar
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Prepare, process, and submit expense reports
Assist with ad hoc projects and personal administrative support duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10+ years of applicable C-level executive business and personal administrative support experience, ideally within private equity and/or financial services
Bachelor's degree required
Must have experience with private aviation
Extremely polished and professional
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proactive, 'two steps ahead' mentality
Confidential; discreet
Accustomed to working in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
