Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance processes
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data and provide actionable insights
Knowledge of financial regulatory practices and compliance standards
Proven track record of strategic leadership and team collaboration
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with senior executives and team members
Preferred
MBA or CPA certification is a plus
Experience in retail or jewelry industries is an advantage
