Responsibilities
Leads enterprise-level financial analysis and strategic decision support for senior leadership by delivering accurate, timely insights
Owns complex forecasting, financial modeling, and profitability analyses across products and distribution channels
Serves as a subject-matter expert in finance, accounting, and regulatory considerations, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executives
Manages enterprise costing and pricing models, drives continuous improvement of financial methodologies, and responds to high-priority analytical requests aligned with business strategy
Identifies opportunities to enhance financial services delivery, leads cross-functional initiatives, and supports the development and growth of the finance team
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience of financial planning and analysis experience
Proven ability to build strong business relationships at all levels throughout an organization
Experience as a strategic thinker and the ability to effectively translate strategies into financial plans
A self-directed individual able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and business conditions
Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced business environment with ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
Superior analytical skills and intellectual curiosity with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models
Well-developed presentation skills
Considerable experience with Microsoft Office and other financial software systems
Preferred
Exposure to a leadership development program and/or consulting organization is strongly preferred
MBA degree from a nationally recognized institution with outstanding academic credentials is a plus
