Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

Lead a team to own and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations framework across all customer facing teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Operations
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing RevOps team
Set clear goals, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of key projects
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to identify growth opportunities, surface operational gaps, and lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership and accountability
Translate revenue strategy into scalable processes, workflows, and operating rhythms
Lead and ensure accuracy of revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, developing and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and improvements
Analyze funnel conversion, deal velocity, retention, and expansion metrics to improve revenue outcomes
Drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation to improve efficiency and data quality
Establish and enforce data governance, hygiene, and documentation standards
Lead cross-functional initiatives such as territory planning, quota setting, capacity modeling, and compensation support
Align GTM teams around shared metrics, definitions, and operational best practices
Operate effectively in ambiguity by prioritizing initiatives, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability, and driving progress across competing cross-functional demands

Required

7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role
3+ years of people management experience
Strong expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and RevOps tooling
Proven experience owning forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Familiarity with marketing automation, customer success platforms, and BI tools
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decision-making across senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Preferred

Background in POS SaaS, retail tech, or fintech industries
