Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior finance leaders to manage projects, schedules, and deliverables
Develop and prepare consolidated operating and program budgets; produce budget-to-actual reports and variance analyses
Advise business unit leaders on financial planning, resource allocation, and strategic priorities
Conduct quarterly financial reviews for leadership, including variance analysis and recommendations
Oversee compliance with organizational policies for revenue recognition, expense management, and procurement
Provide training and guidance to unit staff on financial reporting and expense tracking
Partner with HR and IT teams on staffing budgets and technology planning
Ensure accurate accounting entries, year-end accruals, and adherence to financial standards

Required

BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
9+ years in finance/accounting/business environment
3+ years managing operating and program budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; self-starter with minimal supervision
High integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive financial data
Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and budgeting tools (BI360/Solver, Planful, Prophix, Vena, etc.)
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Preferred

Nonprofit experience is a plus
