Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply chain plans aligned with commercial objectives

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery

Monitor supply chain performance metrics (inventory levels, lead times, cost efficiency)

Use data analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements

Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership on KPIs and trends

Liaise with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance with contractual terms

Negotiate service agreements and resolve operational issues

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies

Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions

Support digital transformation initiatives (ERP systems, automation tools)

Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain resilience
