Under general supervision
Understands and applies the fundamental concepts, principles, practices, and procedures to carry out all aspects of the job
Proficiently performs assignments having the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience needed to carry out all aspects of the job
Exercises independent judgment and decision-making in planning, organizing and conducting work assignments
May receive instructions and guidance on unusual or complex problems and knows when to get others involved
Effectively utilizes the proper resources to develop solutions and devise new approaches to problems encountered in work assignments
Identifies and eliminates unnecessary work and non-value added activities
Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues with applications not supported by IT application teams
Proficiency in Windows 11/Office365 Products/Outlook/Teams
Ability to interface with wide variety of clients
Handle large volumes of imaging requests
Proficiency in Service Now application
Proficiency with Okta Authentication
Proficiency with imaging via SCCM. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve any imaging issues for standard PC’s/laptops, toughbooks, tablets, etc
High volume of IT requests for hardware and software
Experience supporting HP and OCE printers/plotters
Potential for heavy lifting
Qualification
Required
0-2 + years of experience for Assoc LAN Admin
3 + years of experience for LAN Admin
2 years experience in Toughbooks and Laptop imaging and support
Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues with applications not supported by IT application teams
Proficiency in Windows 11/Office365 Products/Outlook/Teams
Ability to interface with wide variety of clients
Handle large volumes of imaging requests
Proficiency in Service Now application
Proficiency with Okta Authentication
Proficiency with imaging via SCCM
High volume of IT requests for hardware and software
Experience supporting HP and OCE printers/plotters
Potential for heavy lifting
Possesses a broad understanding of customer needs and of how to meet those needs
