Responsibilities
Lead generate for 15 hours a week
Conduct three open houses monthly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in team activities per team standards
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualification
Required
Are a licensed real estate agent (new or experienced)
Care deeply about your clients' outcomes
Value ethics, transparency, and professionalism
Want coaching, systems, and leadership—not micromanagement
Are coachable, motivated, and open to growth
Want to be part of a team that actually supports one another
