This role will be instrumental in creating scalable HR systems, policies, and processes to support significant organic expansion.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy

Serve as the primary HR advisor to managers on employee-related matters

Translate business goals into practical HR policies, programs, and processes across a multi-site organization

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

Oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management

Partner with leadership on training and development needs
