Temporary Design & Program Evaluation Assistant

CU Online is seeking a Temporary Design & Program Evaluation Assistant to support the As You Are prevention program. The role involves administration, community partnership, curriculum development, graphic design, and program evaluation, requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Coordinate with PLC team
Develop a partnership agreement (with help from Crown Institute team)
Continue to identify shared goals
Refine project proposal with purpose, structure, and deliverables
Review and adapt modules for PLC context
Review relevant research as needed
Seek feedback from PLC and As You Are teams
Design and maintain thrival guide and other As You Are materials
Help coordinate Industry night
Deliver “Deep Dive” to PLC students
Develop plan for follow up facilitation skills training
Engage in supervision meetings
Develop program evaluation questions
Synthesize feedback and reflect about next steps
Collaborate and provide updates to As you Are team for above areas of work
Create semester timeline
Develop milestones, goals, and sequencing specific tasks
Update with Asana and Teams
Track progress and clarify scope
Provide internal updates to point person
Develop consent form
Work with team to identify and complete administrative activities, such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and purchasing necessary materials (in coordination with team members)
Manage administrative policies and procedures for the University including but not limited to compliance reporting and maintaining appropriate certifications (e.g. CU safeguarding, background checks if needed, CITI, etc.)
Update program materials using AYA style guide
Assist in strategic planning and preparation for online AYA curriculum
Help to create learning objective and co-design process for internship
Assist in hiring interns

Required

Bachelor's Degree
1 year of direct experience facilitating the As You Are program

Preferred

Fluency in oral and written English
Proficiency with computers and common programs (email, Zoom, online data tracking systems)

Flexibility with work hours
Knowledge of statistics and ability to analyze basic statistics in SPSS or R
