The main duty and responsibility of insurance producer is to find, develop, propose, and bind new business
Follow all systems, procedures, and insurance company regulations
Obtain prospects and actively pursue and create interest by telephone calls, writing letters, or occasional personal visits
Prospect sectors or market areas by identifying business needs and proposing company products and services
Further develop expertise in declared sector or market area by networking and participating in professional development activities
To attend insurance company meeting for public relations purpose
Understand the role of automation in our agency and maximize utilization of its capability for customer service and marketing activities
Qualification
Required
College Degree
Prior sales experience
Has attained the license or is working towards attaining
Preferred
440 or 220 License Preferred
