Supports project execution by assisting with planning, monitoring, and reporting activities
Ensures operational efficiency and provides analytical insights to help projects meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives
Collaborates cross-functionally with Market and Corporate personnel to gather data, identify risks, and track key performance indicators
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical related field required with a minimum of one to three years project experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of health care administration systems
Processes a general understanding of provider documentation guidelines and coding
Demonstrates understanding of clinical operations and workflows
Exhibits strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Communicating effectively with physicians, administrative staff, internal customers, and external agencies
Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications required
Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports, analyze and interpret complex data, complete goals through project/team management
Comfortable and confident interacting with IPM division and Market personnel at all levels
