Responsibilities
Install and set electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, and trays with speed and precision in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
Rapidly interpret electrical drawings and schematics to maintain production flow and meet daily build targets
Execute electrical conduit and wiring installations on modular chiller systems efficiently, minimizing assembly line downtime
Perform high and low voltage terminations quickly and accurately to keep pace with production schedules
Construct electrical supports and infrastructure while adhering to tight assembly timelines
Maintain organized electrical tool room to ensure zero delays in parts/tool availability for production
Provide immediate troubleshooting of electrical tools, welders, and grinders to prevent production bottlenecks
Source and procure replacement electrical parts rapidly to maintain continuous production flow
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical installation
Graduate or enrolled in an accredited Apprenticeship program
Proven track record of working efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced settings
Knowledge concerning transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, etc
Strong working understanding of the National Electrical Code
Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards simultaneously
Working knowledge of the NFPA 70e and a strong focus on electrical safety
Must have dependable transportation
Must be authorized to work in USA
Preferred
5+ years of experience in electrical installation in a manufacturing or production environment
Verifiable active Journeyman or Master Electrical License
