Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, steel and paper mills, fabrication shops, and shipyards
Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into revenue while promoting all Altrad Sparrows services
Technical Representation: Use your mechanical/technical expertise to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions
Vendor Management: Ensure Altrad Sparrows is listed as an approved vendor for relevant services and products
Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and communicate opportunities to position Altrad Sparrows competitively
CRM Management: Track opportunities and maintain accurate records to maximize outreach and effectiveness
Sales Materials: Develop and maintain compelling presentations and quotations
Revenue Focus: Assist with collections and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
Strategic Planning: Support budgeting and growth initiatives in collaboration with leadership
Customer Feedback: Gather insights to improve offerings and maintain high satisfaction levels
Compliance: Uphold ethical and professional standards in all transactions

Required

Minimum 5 years of field technical experience (mechanical, industrial, or related trades)

Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets

Existing network within plants, refineries, or industrial sectors preferred
