Responsibilities
Coordinate design modifications during the construction phase in partnership with owners, architects, and subcontractors
Develop and update project schedules using SmartSheet, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Facilitate weekly project meetings to communicate progress and budget status to all relevant team members
Ensure all trade partners understand their scope of work and contractual obligations
Manage Project Updates and Coordination through Procore and Asana
Monitor material delivery timelines to ensure timely project progression
Collaborate with site superintendents and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within Commercial or Healthcare Construction
Proficiency in project management and reading construction drawings, using tools like Bluebeam and Procore
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's (Preferred)
