Viaero Wireless is looking for a goal-driven Bilingual Wireless Sales Associate to promote and sell their products and services. The role involves working in a retail setting, assisting customers with service activations and upgrades, and participating in promotional events.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Viaero Wireless products and services to new and existing customers

Contact existing customers with upgrade opportunities

Participate in promotional sign-up events as well as community events sponsored by the company

Assist in meeting monthly store and individual goals

Activate new service

Assist with service upgrades

Sell accessories

Maintain store appearance

Do monthly follow-ups to ensure quality customer relations

Qualification

Bilingual (Spanish/English)Customer service experienceSales experienceRetail experienceGoal-oriented

Required

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or the equivalent, plus valid driver's license with acceptable MVR

Must have the ability to pass pre-employment checks, which include a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and substance screening, following federal law

Ability to work weekdays and rotating Saturday shifts

Fluency in Spanish/English is required!
