The Fire & Security Alarm Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and configuring security systems, troubleshooting issues, conducting inspections, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Install and configure electronic security, fire, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and network-based intercom systems
Service and troubleshoot systems to resolve performance issues
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Educate customers on system functionality, features, and service needs
Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering helpful solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
Uphold high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer care
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in the alarm industry preferred
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Proficiency with low voltage install, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, intrusion, fire, access control, and intercom systems
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends and travel within the Syracuse region
Ability to drive a company vehicle
Comfortable working in various environments
Adherence to all safety protocols
Detail-oriented, organized, and ethical
Commitment to Doyle's values and customer-first mission
Preferred
OSHA 10 and/or NICET certification a plus
