Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of critical Air Force acquisition programs
Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
Help with tactical planning using resources like Confluence and Jira
Regular interactions with senior Air Force program managers, SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy
Ensure our Air Force customer accomplishes its program goals within budget
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a professional work environment supporting the DoD
2+ years of experience with logistics policy, supply chain operations, process improvement planning, and project support
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, or strategic sourcing initiatives
Experience managing the scope, cost, schedule, and implementation of technical solutions
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Project Management tools such as Confluence and Jira
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience with SAFe and Risk Management
Experience with action item management or tracking
Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
Possession of excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage complex client and stakeholder relationships
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related Technology field
PMP Certification
