The Operations Coordinator for Supply Chain Management will be responsible for daily operations related to supply and inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that any inventory issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operations for supply and inventory control. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues/problems

Perform audit and logistical duties for supply and inventory control

Responsible for inventory storeroom levels and financial variance

Execute product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system. Maintain item attributes in the ERP system

Support distribution and daily supply operations to ensure no disruptions occur that will negatively impact patient care

Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practices
