Fidelis Elite Systems is dedicated to providing high-quality water filtration and treatment solutions. They are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support their service team, focusing on customer interactions and scheduling services.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information about products such as: describing merchandise and explaining use, operation, and care of merchandise and/or troubleshooting complications

Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for resolution

Prepares daily scheduling routes for field service technicians, including constant communication with field managers and operations manager on service statuses

Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and services

Reach out to current customers to schedule needed services on equipment and the importance for services

Follow-up with contacted customers to ensure they received their service, equipment and/or issues addressed

Responsible to reach and maintain various quotas daily, monthly, and annually to include: inbound/outbound call volume, filter sales, service sales and all other department objectives and goals

Performs any other assigned duties
