Responsibilities

Develop detailed residential construction documents and 3D building models, independently completing project work in at least two of the following Architectural Team Disciplines: Design, Architecture, Fabrication, Code & Engineering, HVAC, or Estimating

Maintain assigned portion of the project schedule and record accurate hours worked on each project

Collaborate and coordinate with other team members regarding project components to ensure overall project completion in a timely manner

Independently and accurately apply advanced architectural concepts and designs

Facilitate discussions, provide recommendations, and develop solutions with Homebuilding, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other NVR department personnel as needed

Consult with experts in different areas including structural and mechanical engineers, architects, estimating analysts, building code officials, truss engineers, and IT to ensure documents are complete and accurate

Coordinate phases of the project to be completed by third party consultants, as directed
