Responsibilities

Manage auto liability property damage and comparative negligence losses, handling both comprehensive/collision and auto liability property damage claims

Take ownership of assigned claims from start to finish, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively

Build strong partnerships with customers and brokers, becoming an integral part of Zurich’s commitment to delivering exceptional service

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR

High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR

Completion of the Zurich Claims Training Program and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area

Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)

Microsoft Office experience

Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products

Prior experience in auto claims handling, insurance claims, or a related customer service field. Understanding of auto insurance policies, coverage, and state regulations
