Oversees the revenue cycle of our not-for-profit company; billing for private pay, Medicare, and secondary insurances

Receive cash collections and complete bank deposits

Follow-up with delinquent accounts and the collection process

Focuses on keeping the revenue flowing through the billing and AR process

Qualification

Healthcare finance experienceBilling regulations knowledgeBusiness DegreePolicy developmentLeadership skills

Required

Business Degree or equivalent work experience in the healthcare financial field

Thorough knowledge of billing requirements/regulations of the major third party insurance carriers

Extension knowledge of policies, procedures, systems and equipment relating to pre-admission, billing, and collections

Has the ability to develop policies, procedures, processes and projects that will benefit our company

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, direct, train, and interact with internal and external customers

Preferred

Prefer 3-5 years of related healthcare finance experience with supervisory responsibilities
