Take ownership of the lines assigned to you
Learn to Set-up, start-up, and operate extrusion machinery
Accurately record and report production
Inspect and pack parts
Perform quality control using a variety of tools, measuring devices and prints
Ability to understand and follow the schedule
Use a computer to input data and record notes
Work with others to address quality problems when they occur
Follow all company safety and health policies and procedures
