Wind Product Management Leadership Program Intern - Summer 2026

Responsibilities
Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the wind energy sector
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of product strategies
Analyze data and generate reports to assist in decision-making processes for product management activities
Participate in the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product management organization
Support ad-hoc projects as needed, providing technical and strategic insights
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in an MBA program
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related technical discipline
3-5 years relevant work experience in energy industry
Ability to work in the US now and in the future without company sponsorship
Preferred
Passion for renewable energy and a strong interest in the wind energy sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
