They are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Professional to join their Global Sales Operations team, where the role involves enhancing and implementing processes to drive sales excellence and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

Collaborate regularly with Global Sales teams worldwide to support and drive the global sales strategy

Provide support for sales intelligence, performance tracking, and reporting

Contribute to the development and delivery of multilingual training programs tailored to key source markets

Provide day-to-day sales support to field sales teams, including assistance with tools, materials, and information needed to drive conversions and maintain partner relationships

Support the onboarding and continuous engagement of Travel Advisors through effective training, communication, and the provision of sales resources

Assist in preparing materials and presentations for commercial meetings, including quarterly business reviews

Manage Travel Advisor ship visit and educational inspection programs

Provide timely support for finance-related queries and administrative tasks

Assist in managing the global sales budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Oversee Conga contract management processes
