Responsibilities
Update and enhance existing technical documentation to reflect new features and improvements
Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
Work with fellow writers to maintain consistency in style and presentation across all materials
Create high-quality technical content that communicates complex information clearly and concisely
Qualification
Required
BA degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 10 years of experience in writing technical content
Exceptional English writing skills with a focus on clarity and precision
Proficient in documenting public cloud products, Oracle, and Kubernetes
Experience using Oxygen XML Author or similar tools for DITA documentation
Familiarity with Git and GitHub for documentation management
Preferred
Experience working with CLI and Linux-like operating systems
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
