Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates for wholesale and retail customers

Obtain competitive quotes for parts and materials required for repairs

Blueprint the repair process to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Monitor and follow the vehicle throughout the entire repair cycle

Provide timely updates to customers regarding repair status

Verify all billing and documentation prior to processing

Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet industry standards

Coordinate with sublet vendors to maintain cycle time and quality expectations

Qualification

Auto body estimatingCollision repair processesEstimating softwareCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

HS Diploma or GED and 5 years of related experience as an auto body estimator; or any level of degree or certification beyond HS diploma or GED and 3 years of related

Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Audatex)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to inspect vehicles and work in a shop environment

May require standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
