Responsibilities

Lead outbound prospecting efforts to target key Corporate and Health Plan clients, using creative and tenacious strategies
Manage a pipeline of leads and qualify prospects
Build and refine lead generation and qualification processes
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach and improve conversion rates
Stay deeply plugged into the market, building expert-level knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to sharpen our go-to-market approach
Support and contribute to RFP responses by crafting clear, and compelling submissions that showcase our strengths and differentiation

Required

3–5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the employee benefits or healthcare industry
Confident using CRM platforms to manage pipelines, track outreach, and keep data clean and up to date
Know how to analyze CRM data to identify trends, prioritize leads, and optimize your outreach
Clear and persuasive communicator (whether over email, on the phone, or in potential meetings)
Enjoy crafting tailored messaging that speaks to the specific pain points of prospects
Get energized with outbound strategies (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn) and generate a healthy pipeline
Savvy in objection handling, both written and verbally
Passionate about making a real difference in people's health and well-being through innovative solutions
