The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate material handling of shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities
Unload incoming shipments from trucks and trailers
Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, packing lists, and inspect clothes and other items
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications
Label and process shipments using appropriate shipping software
Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders
Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, performing regular counts and audits
Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock rotation and replenishment
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, keeping work areas neat and clean
Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
Consolidate goods and operate baling equipment
Identify and sort materials into different categories
Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day as production adjusts
Prep and organize products for shipping, packaging finished products accordingly
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Preferred
High School Degree or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience
Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving roles is preferred
Operation of warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus
