Assistant Overnight Team Lead
Calo Programs is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for youth and is seeking an Overnight Assistant Team Lead. This role involves supervising staff during the overnight shift, providing direct service to youth, and ensuring safety and compliance protocols are followed.

Responsibilities
Leadership and Supervision: Oversee and support shift staff and mentors, lead by example, and recognize exceptional performance
Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training, including formal weekly sessions, to continuously develop team members
Performance and Discipline Management: Evaluate staff performance regularly and administer disciplinary actions when necessary
Operations and Delegation: Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth shift operations and assist with shift coverage as needed
Communication and Safety: Maintain effective communication during shift changes and ensure safety compliance through drills and protocols
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Be at least 21 years old
Experience working with youth required
Valid driver's licenses for the state of employment and ability to be covered by organization insurance
Have experience in a leadership role and able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
Be able to pass a drug screening and background check
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred
Management experience preferred
Experience in a residential setting preferred
