The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for performing testing and inspection of injection molded specimens and pellet samples for various product types, ensuring quality and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

Perform required testing of RTP plastics: Typical testing includes a variety of mechanical properties along with conductivity, flame retardant, ash, moisture, flow, and contamination inspections

Perform injection molding on test specimens, panels, and pucks

Follow all safety and quality protocols

Maintain accurate records of all testing performed

Collaborate with QA Manager and to continually work towards the highest quality products

Participate in training, retraining, and continual improvement processes and methods

Maintain departmental housekeeping standards

Other duties as assigned
