High-Ticket Sales Manager — EdTech (Commission | $8K–$20K+/mo | Uncapped)
Brevon Education Private Limited is scaling an international EdTech brand and is hiring Sales Team Managers to build and lead sales pods across global markets. This commission-only role is suited for individuals with experience in closing high-ticket deals or managing sales representatives.

Responsibilities
Recruit and manage a small team of closers
Coach your team on outreach, follow-ups, and closing
Sell into institutional decision-makers (schools, groups, etc.)
Grow and manage your assigned region remotely
Drive revenue through high-ticket closings
Qualification
Required
Proven sales or closing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to build or lead a sales pod quickly
English required
Must be comfortable with commission-only structuring
Preferred
B2B / SaaS / EdTech closing experience
Experience managing SDRs or closing teams
A strong network or outreach discipline
Comfort with performance-based income
Desire to scale without a salary cap
Additional languages are a bonus
