Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of IT operations and technical projects
Coordination of internal IT staff and external network and security partners
Root-cause resolution of recurring technical issues
Oversight of system reliability, uptime, and performance
Ownership of IT security and cybersecurity initiatives
Full responsibility for IT vendors, contracts, and bills
Dev ticket reviews and touchpoints
Escalation support when Dev work is blocked
Coordination between Dev, IT, and business teams
Qualification
Required
Extreme attention to detail with technical data and systems
Strong analytical troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of how systems connect and communicate (ERPs, marketplaces, APIs, networks, warehouses)
Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
IT operations, technical project management, or systems coordination
Working with complex networks and third-party vendors
Experience managing technical costs, contracts, and renewals
E-commerce, ERP, or logistics system exposure is a plus
