Responsibilities

Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of multi-phase ERP and enterprise business application programs

Advise executive stakeholders on platform selection, solution architecture, operating model implications, and transformation roadmaps

Oversee technology-enabled M&A integration and carve-out engagements

Support Day-1 readiness, TSA planning and exit, and standalone environment design and execution

Lead finance and operational transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, data governance, and reporting/KPI modernization

Partner with finance, operations, and IT leaders to align business system capabilities with PE/corporate business objectives

Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees and executive reporting

Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve cross-functional risks and issues

Lead and mentor managers, senior associates, and associates across multiple engagements

Ensure high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and adherence to Riveron standards

Support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and executive-level client presentations

Develop reusable methodologies, accelerators, and thought leadership supporting Riveron’s go-to-market strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not required

10+ years of progressive experience in ERP delivery, enterprise transformation, or management consulting

Proven track record leading dozens of full lifecycle ERP implementations through PMOs

Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience across major ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday and SAP

Background in integrations, data migration, cloud deployments, and enterprise architecture

Experience supporting M&A technology strategy, IT due diligence, and carve-out execution
