Responsibilities

Build and configure test network environments including switches, PXE boot systems, and rack cabling

Set up and maintain test servers (L1/L2) for validation processes

Document and escalate issues with detailed root cause analysis

Identify, evaluate, and procure test-related equipment

Maintain inventory and ensure quality and calibration of test equipment

Collaborate with engineering, quality, IT, and logistics teams

Provide technical training and develop SOPs and troubleshooting guides

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in server hardware testing or manufacturing test support

Proficiency in Linux system administration and network configuration

Experience with L1/L2 server architecture and PXE boot automation

Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with manufacturing test platforms like UTP

Understanding of test data visualization and benchmarking tools

Experience in scripting (Python, Bash)

Knowledge of server validation processes (AVT, Burn-In, FVT)

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
