Supply Chain Business Analyst Intern
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst Intern to work in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on reporting automation, process optimization, and application development to drive innovation and efficiency across business operations.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI
Optimize data visualization and streamline reporting processes to enhance decision-making capabilities
Visualize workflows by creating detailed process models, specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective change management plans
Develop and deploy automation and robotics solutions to enhance operational performance
Identify opportunities to apply Robotics Process Automation (RPA) for repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements
Integrate applications with existing systems and workflows for seamless operations
Partner with networked teams to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
Balance end-user needs and operational goals to drive value across the organization
Track and analyze key metrics, processes, and pain points to identify areas for improvement
Conduct root cause analysis, recommend actionable solutions, and implement mitigation plans to address business challenges
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related major or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025
Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria), develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks, and develop contingency plans
Solving problems by prioritizing the consumer's needs above all else
May need to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
Experience in business process leadership; driving process improvement
Balancing immediate and short-term needs and delivering results
Risk and mitigation planning
Ability to manage through ambiguity as well as lead change
Strong writing, communication, and content capabilities
Ability to work in a complex environment, with multiple decision makers
The ability to work without close supervision
