Internet Sales Leader at Nissan of Orange Park
Morgan Auto Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Internet Sales Manager for Nissan of Orange Park. The role involves responding to internet and telephone inquiries, managing customer interactions, and driving lead conversions through effective website management and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Record all customers leads notations and comments by using the CRM software
Required to manage and Champion the Website to drive increase lead conversions
Be fully knowledgeable of vehicle inventories, pricing, incentive programs and financing options
Understand local competitors; be prepared to compete with them. Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings
Bilingual is a Plus!
Deliver exceptional customer service
Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all products
Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
Maintain internet business processes
Must be able to help onboard new hirers and train on a weekly basis
BDC Management experience to manage a large BDC team
Train and Educate staff on processes, word tracks and systems in place
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of Automotive Internet Sales Management and BDC Management
Desking experience / Closing experience
Strong computer skills
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
Great attitude with high-energy personality
Preferred
eLead CRM experience
Bilingual is a Plus!
