Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and engage new customers, technology partners, and system integrators in the Real Estate and Architecture space

Lead business development and sales efforts, including prospecting, outbound communication, and pipeline management

Maintain customer records, track engagement, and contribute to detailed customer reporting

Serve as a first point of contact for Real Estate and Architecture customer and partner inquiries, connecting them with internal technical experts as needed

Collaborate with the SVP of Business Development to design scalable customer and partner processes, resources, and engagement strategies

Meet with customers and partners to deliver industry-specific requirements back to Miris

Required

8+ years of experience in business development in Real Estate or Architecture, partnerships, sales, or customer success

Extensive domain knowledge and deep contacts in Real Estate or Architecture, and a passion for prospecting

Deep familiarity and proven experience navigating the Architecture ecosystem, including relevant technology partners and system integrators, or B2B SaaS partnerships

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships both with clients and across all organizational levels, up to and including the C-Suite

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative mindset and a desire to learn and grow in a high-impact business development environment
