Pabst Brewing Company is seeking a Creative Manager to support the development and execution of compelling, on-brand creative across their portfolio. This role involves collaborating with brand and trade marketing teams to deliver creative assets and integrated initiatives that reflect the Pabst brand identity.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day creative partner for brand and trade marketing teams, supporting a wide range of initiatives across on- and off-premise channels

Manage and execute quick-turn design requests, including sales materials, digital assets, presentations, and retail support tools

Lead or contribute to larger-scale creative projects, including integrated campaigns, 360° marketing programs, and packaging development

Provide creative direction and oversight to external agencies, freelancers, and production partners to ensure work aligns with brand standards, positioning, and creative expectations

Maintain consistency across all creative outputs while allowing flexibility for brand-specific expression

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, innovation, and external partners to ensure creative solutions meet both strategic and executional needs

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder feedback

Occasionally travel to support key meetings, production needs, or brand initiatives

Required

4–7 years of experience in a creative, design, or marketing role, preferably within a consumer brand, agency, or lifestyle-driven company

Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and creative best practices across multiple channels

Experience working with and directing external creative partners

Ability to think conceptually while also executing with attention to detail

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and workflows
