Responsibilities

Leveraging your education and relevant professional experience, you will support pricing strategy development and implementation, margin management, and contracts/commercial agreements for the Engineering Plastics business
Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will work to ensure maximization of regional profitability of customers and products through new business quotations, pricing negotiations, and contract development, including index models
Providing your robust analytical skills will be a valued asset as you analyze customer and product profitability and drive margin improvement opportunities
Supporting the creation and maintenance of financial related forecasts, raw material cost tracking and forecasting, rebate calculations, and internal pricing lists and documentation
Being responsible for material allocation management and related communications
Showing your strong leadership ability, as you support or lead projects designed to optimize margin (i.e. - cost reduction, value pricing, freight adjustments, rebate optimization, etc.)
Demonstrating expertise in Pricing, you will lead pricing initiatives that include price increases, decreases and negotiations. You will also play a key role in pricing compliance and related audits

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven leadership and collaboration / interpersonal abilities
Experience in data analysis
Proficiency in MS Office / Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerBI, CoPilot)
