Responsibilities

Administers training programs to ensure the availability of qualified and licensed personnel

Interfaces with line personnel to analyze performance needs and recommend appropriate training solutions

Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training materials and programs using the systematic approach to training

Administers and coordinates training programs for sites and corporate groups as assigned

Required

5 years of nuclear plant experience (commercial or military) or a B.S. Degree in education, engineering, or related technical degree or equivalent

Ops Instructor, Non-Licensed: At least 3 years of front-line experience (commercial or military) and technical proficiency in the area of instruction

Ops Instructor, Sr: At least 3 years of front-line experience (commercial or military) and technical proficiency in the area of instruction -AND- current or previously SRO licensed or certified

Ops Instructor, Sr Staff: At least five years of experience in the associated line organization

Technical proficiency in the assigned area

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ops Instructor, Sr & Sr Staff: Required: SRO license or certification on BWR/PWR -OR- 3 years fully qualified Non-Licensed
