Responsibilities

Provide executive-level leadership and direction to support hospital clinical and quality goals
Build, develop, and lead teams focused on quality improvement initiatives, performance metrics, and patient safety
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure care delivery aligns with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Monitor and drive improvements in quality outcomes, operational workflows, and clinical efficiency
Lead strategic planning initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Facilitate collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and overall care standards
Support quality programs, data-driven decision making, audits, and compliance-driven initiatives
Establish effective communication and engagement with internal clinical staff and leadership

Qualification

Active New Mexico RN LicenseBachelor's Degree in NursingQuality improvement program leadershipClinical operations leadershipHealthcare experienceTeam development skillsLeadership experienceStaff managementProvider relationship managementPatient safetyCommunication skillsDecision-making skills

Required

Active (or eligible) New Mexico RN License (required)
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (required)
7+ years of healthcare experience
3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience building and leading teams focused on quality initiatives
Strong clinical leadership, communication, and team development skills

Preferred

Advanced degree strongly preferred: MSN
Advanced degree strongly preferred: Healthcare Administration
Advanced degree strongly preferred: MBA
Experience working in a for-profit hospital environment (strongly preferred)
Experience facilitating relationships with providers/physicians
